...for the respondent The Court: The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for staying the operation of the impugned award dated 25th April, 2024, passed by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal.

Since the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned award dated 25th April, 2024 has been dismissed by this Court.
