In view of the fact that the arbitration proceedings have commenced and the matter has been referred to Arbitrator, AP 519 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail all remedies before the Arbitrator in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.
