By this writ petition, petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for direction upon the CIT (Appeals) concerned to dispose of its appeal relating to assessment year 2009-10 which was filed on 25th September, 2021, expeditiously.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 857 of 2023 is disposed of directing the respondent CIT (Appeals) concerned to dispose the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously not beyond the period of six months from date.
