The petitioners challenge the proceeding initiated by the Non-Banking Financial Institution under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. 2.

As per the Act, any person aggrieved by any steps taken for recovery of the loan amount may approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief. 3.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief, in accordance with law, if so advised.
