The Court: The propounder examines one witness in support of his case. The witness produced by the propounder identifies the Will, which is Exhibit-A. The witness also identifies the signature of the testator, which is Exhibit-A1 and the signatures of the attesting witnesses which are A2 and A3. The witness states that, he was present during the execution of the Will. He states that he saw the testator execute the Will first and thereafter, the attesting witnesses set and subscribed their signatures. The Will is a registered Will.

In such circumstances, the execution of the Will being proved, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the probate petition. PLA/247/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
