Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent/Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Kolkata in considering and disposing of its representation dated 8th August, 2022 containing its grievance in detail being annexure P-4 to the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 858 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Kolkata to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 8th August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
