...for respondents no. 12 & 13 The Court :- In spite of repeated opportunities appellant has not been able to arrange for alternative residential arrangement to the satisfaction of the private respondents. It is contended the private respondents are raising flimsy and untenable objections.

In such view of the matter, we modify the order and direct the appellant/respondent no. 11 shall deposit a sum of Rs.25 lakhs with the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta for alternative accommodation to the respondent Nos. 13 and 14 by 10.11.2024.
