Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the conciliation proceeding was not concluded within the time limit as specified.

Learned advocate representing the Council submits that 25th June, 2025 is the date fixed for further consideration of the said proceeding. 3.

As it appears that the Council has already fixed a date for hearing of the proceeding, accordingly, the Council is directed to consider and dispose of the said proceeding in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order. Steps shall be taken in the matter to

conclude the proceeding at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
