Mr. Dwivedi, learned Advocate appears for the writ petitioner, on instructions submits that, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with this writ petition any further. He has produced an email dated July 11, 2022 containing such instruction which was written by one, Pankaj Jhunjhunwala. Mr. Dwivedi submits that this gentleman is a Director of the writ petitioner company and is duly authorised and competent to issue such instruction.

A copy of the said email dated July 11, 2022 is kept on record. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPO/412/2019 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
