The Court: This is an application for grant of probate of the original Will dated 7th March, 2019 left behind by the above named deceased. The heirs in intestacy of the deceased testator have filed their respective consent affidavits. However, the consent affidavits affirmed on 12th October, 2021 and 21st December, 2021 have been signed by the deponent in a wrong place.

Since the affidavits are notarized, let probate be granted on the strength thereof by allowing the petition in terms of prayer (a) thereof. The petition being PLA No. 128 of 2022, accordingly, stands disposed of.
