The petitioner is aggrieved by the reply given by the bank under the provision of the RTI Act.

The order of the Central Public Information Officer dated 30th May, 2025 clearly records that if the applicant is not satisfied with the reply provided, then first appeal may be preferred within thirty days before the First Appellate Authority.

It appears that the petitioner is dissatisfied with the reply given under the RTI Act.

It will be open for the petitioner to prefer appeal before the First Appellate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

As regards the other issues raised in the writ petition, it is made clear that this Court has not entered into any of them. It will be open for the

petitioner to agitate the other issues before the competent forum in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
