The present appeal has been filed impugning the order dated February 23, 2018 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, "A" Bench, Kolkata in ITA No.2305/Kol/2016 for the assessment year 2013-2014. 2.

When the appeal was taken up for hearing on February 2, 2021, this Court passed the following order :

"Learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that by an order dated February 25, 2020, the NCLT has appointed Official Liquidator for winding up of appellant company.

He seeks short adjournment to inform the Oifficial Liquidator about the pendency of the present appeal in this Court. Adjourned to May 12, 2021."

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he had informed the Official Liquidator about the pendency of the present appeal in this Court. 4.
