Mr. Tushar Sinha Mahapatra, Advocate for alleged contemnor nos.1 to 6 Mr. Kallol Guha Thakurata, Advocate for CMPFO. The Court :- After hearing the parties it appears that the monetary relief allowed by the order under contempt has been paid. So far as the compassionate appointment is concerned, the authorities were directed to consider the petitioner's case. The authorities have considered the same and have rejected such prayer. This has given rise to a fresh cause of action, if any, in favour of the petitioner to challenge such decision of rejection and cannot be adjudicated in contempt jurisdiction. The petitioner as submitted by the learned Advocate representing the petitioner has already challenged such decision by filing a separate writ petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application.
