The Court :- This is an application for discharge of caveat. By order dated 23rd August, 2024 report was called for from the learned Registrar-in-Insolvency as to whether any affidavit in support of caveat has been filed or not.

Perused the report of the learned Registrar-in-Insolvency dated 3rd September, 2024 furnished in compliance to the order dated 23rd August, 2024. Upon perusal of the same, it is found that one Swaraj Kumar Banerjee filed a caveat with Vakalatnama on 6th March, 2014. However, no affidavit in support thereof has been filed.

In view of the above, the caveat filed by Sri Swaraj Kumar Banerjee dated 6th March, 2014 stands discharged.

Let there be order in terms of prayer (b) of the Master's Summons. The Department is directed to place the matter under the heading "Non Contentious Business (For Final Disposal)".

The application being IA No. GA/2/2016 (Old No. GA/1969/2016) in PLA No. 113 of 2010 stands disposed of.
