The Court : Terms of Settlement filed by both the parties are taken on record. It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and an order may be passed recording that the decree has been executed on full satisfaction.

Accordingly, EC 168 of 2021 is disposed of on full satisfaction in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The order dated 30th September, 2022 stands vacated. Receiver appointed by order dated 25th November, 2022 is accordingly discharged.
