The Court: The matter was appeared on 10th June, 2022 and on the prayer of the Counsel for the plaintiff the case was adjourned till 21st June, 2022.

On 27th June, 2022 when the matter was called again, the Counsel for the plaintiff has prayed for a week time for taking instruction, accordingly, the case was adjourned till 5th July, 2022. When the matter was called today, none appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and no accommodation is sought for. It reveals from the report that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter .

Hence, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss CS/135/2018 along with connected application for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
