The Court: Mr. Shuvasis Sen Gupta, learned Counsel, is appearing for the plaintiff and Mr. Victor Dutta, learned Counsel, is appearing for the defendant.

Counsel for the plaintiff has filed the Terms of Settlement entered into by and between the parties on 1st August, 2024 which is duly countersigned by the learned Counsel for the parties. Counsel for the respective parties submits that parties have settled their disputes and have entered into Terms of Settlement and prays for disposal of the suit in Terms of the Settlement dated 1st August, 2024. This Court has perused the Terms of Settlement entered by and between the parties and found that there is no impediment to accept the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties.

Accordingly, IP-COM/13/2024 is disposed of in terms of Terms of Settlement entered between the parties dated 1st August, 2024. IP-COM/13/2024 is disposed of. Decree be drawn accordingly. Terms of Settlement be made as part of decree. As the parties have settled their disputes and the suit is disposed of, interim order, if any, is vacated and all connected applications shall be treated as disposed of.
