The Court:- This is an application for letter of administration of the estate left by the deceased, namely, Prova Dasgupta. The deceased was a Hindu having last place of abode at Kalyan Nagar CO- OP Colony, Post office Kalyan Nagar, VIA. Pansila Police station Khardah, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal- 700112. She breathed her last intestate on 15th August, 2015. Her husband predeceased her on 30th June, 2005. The deceased left five married daughters. The present petitioner is one of the daughters of the deceased. Out of five daughters, four daughters expressed their consent regarding issue of Letter of Administration in favour of the present petitioner. One of the daughters, namely, Kankana Sengupta did not agree to grant of letter of administration. Citations were issued. No caveat was lodged.

This is letter of administration in respect of the scheduled property. The petitioner was examined. Death Certificate is also marked. Letter of

administration as prayed for in Para 'C' of the prayer be allowed subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs. 5 lakh with one surety. The instant application stands disposed of.
