For the petitioner The Court :- The widow of the deceased is the applicant in this application for Letters of Administration. The only other heir in intestacy is the son who has given consent.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition upon furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety.

The petition stands disposed of.
