The Court: The judgment and order dated December 11, 2025 is mentioned at the behest of the appellant in APO/27/2022 seeking correction of the typographical error appearing in paragraph 17 thereof. Respondent in APO/27/2022 is represented. So far as the error is concerned, learned counsel does not raise any objection. In such circumstances, the word "Annexures-J and" in paragraph 17 of the judgment and order dated December 11, 2025 be replaced with "Annexures 'J' and 'K'."

All other portions of the judgment and order dated December 11, 2025 will remain the same.

Department will incorporate such corrections in the judgment and order dated December 11, 2025.
