JUDGMENT

Gaurang Kanth, J.:- 1.

The Petitioners have preferred the present Petition under Section 36(2) read with Section 36(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an unconditional stay of the operation of the Arbitral Award dated 09.02.2023 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator, Sh. Nirmal Kumar Biswas.

The Petitioners had earlier challenged the said award by filing a Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, being AP (Com) 211/2023. This Court, vide Judgment dated 28.11.2025, dismissed the said Section 34 Petition.

In view of the dismissal of the challenge to the award, no grounds survive for granting any stay under Section 36(2) or 36(3). Accordingly, the present Petition is also dismissed.
