Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over the communication dated 1st March, 2023 issued by the Regional Manager, BEML Limited, Regional Office, Kolkata informing the Counsel for the plaintiff that the parties have settled disputes and the plaintiff does not want to proceed with the instant proceeding for further.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the parties have been settled their disputes and thus no claim with respect to the instant suit and prayed for dismissal of the suit as withdrawn.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, considering the communication dated 1st March, 2023 CS No. 192 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn.
