The parties jointly submit that they have entered into a terms of settlement in accordance with law. The terms of settlement arrived at by and between the parties duly signed by the authorized signatories of the parties and their respective learned advocates on record, is placed before this Court today; the same is taken on record.

There shall be a decree in the suit in terms of the settlement. The terms of settlement shall be made part of decree and the decree shall be drawn up and completed expeditiously.

Accordingly, CS-COM/733/2024 stands decreed and disposed of.

In view of the above, the pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
