The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The mandate of the learned arbitrator is going to expire on 8th July 2025. It is submitted by the parties that the arguments are complete and only the award is awaited. Both parties submit that the mandate is required to be extended.

Considering the advanced stage of the proceedings and the submissions of the parties, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The application is disposed of.
