This matter had appeared on 5 October 2021 when an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the plaintiff.

It appears that despite lapse of a long time, the plaintiff has taken no steps to rectify the defects found upon scrutiny by the Department nor taken any other steps in this suit.

In view of non-appearance on the part of the plaintiff, I am of the view that the plaintiff is not interested in proceeding with the suit. CS No.195 of 2012 stands dismissed.
