The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The deceased was issueless. Letters of administration to his estate has been sought for by the widow. The only other heiress in intestacy being the mother of the deceased have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
