The third respondent is not represented despite service of notice. Status report filed on behalf of the respondent No. 2 is taken on record.

It transpires from the status report that the conciliation proceeding between the parties is pending. A joint meeting was fixed by Conciliation Officer on 8th November, 2021 but notice of the said meeting was not served upon the parties.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court directs the Conciliation Officer to conclude the proceeding which is pending since 20th December, 2019, within a period of one month from the date of the communication of this order, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Result of such proceeding shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter.

WP No. 668 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance with the usual formalities.
