It appears from the Affidavit of Service that the judgment debtor remains untraceable and the award holder has been unable to effect service. In such circumstances, EC/308/2019 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application after ascertaining the exact whereabouts of the judgment debtors.
