Mr. D. Ghosh, Adv.; Mr. P. Garai, Adv., for the State. THE COURT: The affidavit-of-service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioner is aggrieved that the order of the District Magistrate, under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, dated March 28, 2018, has not been executed by the police. The petitioner deposited costs on April 25, 2018.

Without going into the issue any further, this Court directs the Commissioner of Police, Howrah, to depute sufficient force and handover the physical possession of the secured asset to the State Bank of India on Saturday, 29 April 2023, at 2 p.m.
