The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate of the deceased, Raj Kumar Mundhra alias Rajkumar Mundhra who died on 21st February, 2003 leaving behind the petitioner being his wife and two sons, namely, Manish Mundhra and Ashish Mundhra and one daughter, namely, Rakhi Kothari as his legal heirs.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died intestate. He submits that both the sons and the daughter have filed their no objection for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate of the deceased to their mother i.e. the petitioner herein. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the application, death certificate of the deceased, affidavits of consent of both the sons and daughter of the deceased.

This Court finds that all the legal heirs in their affidavits have categorically stated that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioner.

Considering the above, this Court finds that there is no impediment to grant Letters of Administration to the petitioner. Accordingly, the department is directed to issue Letters of Administration to the petitioner to the estate of the deceased, namely, Raj Kumar Mundhra alias Rajkumar Mundhra subject to furnishing bond of Rs.4,00,000/- with one surety.

PLA/203/2024 is disposed of.

The department is directed to draw and complete the order expeditiously.
