The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd September, 2022 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The widow of the abovenamed deceased has applied for probate in respect of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd September, 2022 left behind by the deceased. The deceased is survived by his mother and the widow. The widow is the executrix and the applicant. The mother has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
