It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that during pendency of this proceeding the award-holder has initiated appropriate proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 and hence does not want to proceed any further with this application at this stage.

All interim orders stand vacated.
