1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both the parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended which expired on June 18, 2025.

3. The proceedings are at the stage of evidence.

4. Considering the progress before the learned Tribunal, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this

order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award.
