Learned advocate representing the petitioner produces copy of the order passed by the Special Officer [Building] on 1st October, 2024. 2.

By the said order the alleged unauthorised construction has been directed to be retained on payment of necessary fees under Section 400(1) subject to submission of Board of Wakf through concerned Matwali within a period of two months failing which the order may be revoked and action may be taken by the department.

The order is an appellable one. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the appellate forum for relief. 4.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order dated 1st October, 2024 be retained with the records. 6.
