The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration with the Will dated 7th March, 2007 The mother and the wife of the deceased in respect of whose estate the letters of Administration is sought for had predeceased him. All the Class II legal heirs who survived of the deceased have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5 lakh with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
