...for the respondents The Court : Upon hearing the learned Senior Advocates for the respective parties, this Court deems it fit to injunct the respondents from transferring, alienating and/or changing the nature and character of the unencumbered property being industrial plot no. N.S-11, Survey Plot No-5452(P) & 5453(P), Khata No-7 & 10 situated in Village-Digha, Thana-Phulwari Sharif, ParganaAzimabad, presently known as Patliputra Industrial Area, having an area of 24032 sft.= 55.18 Acre for a period of two months or until further orders by the learned Arbitrator, whichever is earlier. The application for interim protection has already been filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner will be at liberty to file an additional application for interim protection before the learned Arbitrator.
