The Court: This application for contempt has been passed alleging violation of order dated 02.09.2010 passed by Hon'ble Justice Tapen Sen in WP No.271 of 2009 for not taking appropriate steps to demolish the entire unauthorized construction raised by Outram Club at premises No.3, Outram Street, Kolkata - 700017.

It appears from the order dated 19.06.2015 that learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor submitted before the Court that the order passed in the first writ petition could not be complied due to intervention of another writ petition bearing WP No.9702 (W) of 2015 whereby the notice passed by KMC for compliance of the order was stayed.

Considered.
