Both the Learned Advocates have confirmed the content stated in the said affidavit.

The petitioner shall not press the contempt proceeding any further and accordingly prays for its dismissal for non-prosecution. In view of the above, the instant contempt proceeding being CC/17/2022 stands dropped and closed.

Accordingly, CC/17/2022 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
