The Court: Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition being WPO/906/2023, being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent/customs authorities concerned in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 24th November, 2022. The details of the grievance will appear from the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPO/906/2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner or his authorized representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
