The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which expired on 17th June, 2025. It is submitted by both the parties that the matter is at the stage of final argument. This Court is of the view that sufficient progress has been made in the arbitration proceedings and the same is near completion.

For the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award. AP-COM 499 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) TR/
