The Court: The matter was listed on 22nd November, 2022 as "To Be Mentioned" on receipt of the report of the learned Master. On the date fixed none appeared on behalf of the plaintiffs and accordingly, for the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till 1st December, 2022. When the matter is called today, none appears on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation is sought for. After perusing the record it is found that as per the report of the learned Master there are five defects in the plaint but the plaintiffs have not taken any steps to cure the said defects till date. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the plaintiffs are not interested to proceed with the matter and accordingly, the plaint in connection with CS/172/2013 is rejected.

CS/172/2013 is dismissed.
