The decree-holder prays for leave to file a fresh execution application and obtain a certified copy of the award which was appended to this execution application.

In view of the orders dated 5 September 2019 and 9 January 2020, I am of the view that there is no bar in the decree-holder obtaining the certified copy of the award dated 5 May 2017 appended to this execution application. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner /decreeholder, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons.

With the aforesaid directions, the present application being GA No.4 of 2020 in EC No. 286 of 2018 is disposed of.

The petitioner / decree-holder is directed to file a photocopy of the award dated 5 May 2017 in the Department upon taking back the copy of the original certified award.

The Department is directed to act forthwith.
