The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff that during the pendency of this suit, the plaintiff has entered into a dealership agreement with the defendant on 4 August, 2025 and there is no surviving claim against the defendant. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the instant suit has for all purposes become infructuous and the plaintiff does not want to proceed with the same.

In view of the above, IP-COM/17/2024 alongwith all interlocutory applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The respondent is represented and does not oppose the submissions on behalf of the plaintiff.
