2. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

3. Both parties submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended.

4. The mandate of the learned arbitrator expired on May 19, 2025.

5. Since the proceedings are at the stage of evidence and substantial progress has been made, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award.
