The Court : Mr. D. N. Sharma, learned Counsel appears for the plaintiff. None appears on behalf of the defendant.

Plaintiff has filed affidavit-of-service. Let the same be kept with the record.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the defendant has already handed over the original deed of the property no.2 i.e. 57, M. G. Road, Kolkata-700009 as well as property no.1 i.e. 83C, Alipore Road, Police Station- Chetla, Kolkata to the plaintiff. Learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that as the defendants have handed over the original documents with respect to the above mentioned property and nothing remains in the suit plaintiff prayed for disposal of the suit. Counsel for the plaintiff further submits that the plaintiff has also filed an

application being GA-COM/1/2024 for interim order but as the defendant has already handed over the original documents to the plaintiff, as such the application may also be disposed of.

In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the plaintiff, as the defendants have handed over both the original deeds as mentioned above to the plaintiff and the plaintiff is not pressing the other prayers of the plaint, CSCOM/709/2024 is disposed of. Accordingly, GA-COM/1/2024 is also disposed of. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) mg
