5. When the matter is called today, Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over the communication dated 10th March, 2025 wherein it reveals that the parties have settled their disputes for a total sum of Rs.13.50 lakhs against the total claim of Rs.59,88,930/-.

6. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant has paid the total settlement amount of Rs.13.50 lakhs and as such, the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter further.

7. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and the communication dated 10th March, 2025, CS-COM/711/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. Consequently, the connected application being GACOM/3/2025 is also dismissed.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. The communication dated 10th March, 2025 be kept with the record.
