..for the respondents The Court: The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'Act'), seeking certain interim reliefs.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has since been constituted. In view thereof, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Act and shall be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, it is directed that the present petition be placed before the Sole Arbitrator to be heard and adjudicated as an application under Section 17 of the Act.

Learned Sole Arbitrator shall consider the said application on its own merits, without being influenced by any directions passed by this Court. The interim order granted earlier vide order dated 25th June 2025 is further extended for a period of eight weeks, or until such time as the learned Arbitrator passes an order, whichever is earlier.
