The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the subsequent events which have transpired since 2007, the present application has formal defects.

On behalf of the alleged contemnors, it is submitted that they are taking steps to challenge the order dated 30 June, 2023. In such circumstances, CC/129/2007 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, if so advised, in accordance with law.
