It is submitted by both the parties that the matter is at the stage of evidence. This Court is of the view that sufficient progress has been made in the arbitration proceedings. For the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned arbitrator to make and publish his award.
