The Court:- The petitioner seeks appointment of a new Receiver, in place and stead of the original Receiver, Mr. Dipak Deb, who is unwell. The petitioner claims to have purchased a property, in a sale conducted by this Court under the provisions of the IRBI Act of 1984. Let notice be given to the respondents indicating that this matter shall be taken up on 8th June, 2022. It shall also be ascertained by the Advocate-onrecord for the applicant, as to whether the respondent no.1 is in existence, or has since gone into liquidation. Appropriate notice shall also be served upon the Official Liquidator, accordingly.
